These Terms govern access to the Cognexa website and its premium-rate telephone service. The service provider is Nordicnet OÜ, registration number 17317053, VAT ID EE102899698, registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Ruunaoja tn 3-81, 11415, Estonia.
1. Service
The website provides a ten-question visual reasoning quiz for education and entertainment. It is not an official intelligence assessment and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. The paid service supplies access to an extended, pre-recorded interpretation by telephone. The recording lasts approximately 12 minutes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and be the telephone account holder, or have the account holder’s express permission, before using the paid service.
3. Price and payment
Calls cost £3,6 per call, plus £3,6 per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge. The applicable premium-rate number is generated on the result page. Charges are applied through your telephone provider.
By calling, you expressly request immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, any applicable right of withdrawal is lost.
4. Use of the website
You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, commit fraud, copy or redistribute its content without permission, or use it unlawfully. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service and may restrict access to prevent fraud, abuse or technical harm.
5. Availability and third parties
We take reasonable care to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party websites, telecommunications networks or provider access charges.
6. Intellectual property
The website, questions, graphics, wording and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be copied, republished or commercially redistributed without prior written permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, the service is supplied for entertainment only and decisions should not be based on the quiz as if it were a professional assessment.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumers in the United Kingdom. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
